I am taking notes on all breast feeding experiences because it seems like it takes a lot of time to figure out! So happy things are going well for you Sooz...newbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02779719410948226318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2360540337437647012.post-1584543223284027692012-06-11T19:39:29.511-07:002012-06-11T19:39:29.511-07:00No advice for you Sooz but great to hear from you!...No advice for you Sooz but great to hear from you!Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04967951792506945537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2360540337437647012.post-8104277837869152922012-06-11T17:47:35.782-07:002012-06-11T17:47:35.782-07:00I had similar problems BFing at that age. My letdown wasn't super fast either, but E couldn't keep up and would start screaming a few minutes into nursing so I'd switch sides. What I didn't realize was that in switching sides so often I was giving him too much foremilk which led to a super fussy baby and explosive green poos. I saw an LC and block fed in 6 hour blocks for a week. I saw improvement within 24 hours. I wrote more about it in my blog back in July or August if you want more details.

Good luck with the LC!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07687848140471196822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2360540337437647012.post-47979357584503172102012-06-11T16:42:17.578-07:002012-06-11T16:42:17.578-07:00Wow! Makes me look forward to having my baby boy :)
Seems like alot of women have problems nursing from the right breast, because of being right handed and the baby senses you are not as adept with manipulating his little body with the left hand. that's my 2 cents.
Hope that he gets the hang of the right a bit better. Sounds like things are going great overall!Frankie Beehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03016774250490340149noreply@blogger.com
